Senior Residential Property Lawyer
5+ Years’ Experience | Liverpool | Hybrid Working

An established and growing regional law group is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Property Lawyer to join its busy and well-structured Residential Conveyancing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident conveyancer to take ownership of a varied caseload while supporting junior team members and delivering a high-quality, end-to-end service to clients and referrers.

The Role

You will provide a comprehensive residential conveyancing service, managing matters from instruction through to completion, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing residential conveyancing files from inception to completion
  • Ensuring good and marketable title for clients
  • Maintaining regular and effective client communication
  • Reviewing and processing mortgage offers
  • Supervising paralegals and legal assistants
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements
  • Maintaining CQS standards and best practice
  • Contributing positively to a collaborative team environment

The Candidate

The successful candidate will be an experienced residential property lawyer who is comfortable managing a high-volume caseload and working autonomously.

Essential requirements:

  • Recognised legal qualification or equivalent proven experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
  • Strong experience handling volume caseloads independently
  • Excellent communication and client-care skills
  • Well-organised, flexible, and adaptable approach
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service focus
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and professional

Desirable:

  • Qualification via SRA, CLC, or CILEx
