An established and growing regional law group is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Property Lawyer to join its busy and well-structured Residential Conveyancing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident conveyancer to take ownership of a varied caseload while supporting junior team members and delivering a high-quality, end-to-end service to clients and referrers.
The Role
You will provide a comprehensive residential conveyancing service, managing matters from instruction through to completion, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing residential conveyancing files from inception to completion
- Ensuring good and marketable title for clients
- Maintaining regular and effective client communication
- Reviewing and processing mortgage offers
- Supervising paralegals and legal assistants
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements
- Maintaining CQS standards and best practice
- Contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
The Candidate
The successful candidate will be an experienced residential property lawyer who is comfortable managing a high-volume caseload and working autonomously.
Essential requirements:
- Recognised legal qualification or equivalent proven experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong experience handling volume caseloads independently
- Excellent communication and client-care skills
- Well-organised, flexible, and adaptable approach
- Strong problem-solving and customer service focus
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and professional
Desirable:
- Qualification via SRA, CLC, or CILEx
