Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accounts and provide bespoke tax planning and advice, while reviewing VAT returns and maintaining clear communication with clients.
- Take full ownership of your client portfolio, ensuring clients receive proactive support and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with senior colleagues to refine your skills and grow within the practice.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a general accountancy practice, working with clients across various sectors.
- ACCA or ICAEW qualification.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting, tax, and compliance, with proficiency in Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, Excel, and Outlook.
- A client-focused approach with a passion for delivering practical, value-added advice.
- Proactive, commercially aware, and able to see the bigger picture beyond day-to-day tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both with clients and colleagues.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude.
