Key Responsibilities

• Managing freehold and leasehold property transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
• Addressing enquiries, resolving title issues, conducting searches, and ensuring mortgage conditions are satisfied.
• Preparing contracts and supporting documents, reviewing official copy documents, and ensuring accurate post-completion processes.
• Managing own caseload

Requirements:

• At 2 years PQE
• Strong legal knowledge of the conveyancing process
• Experience managing own caseload
• Excellent communication
